This category of actions is available from any application context.

	Use this action for launching an on-screen keyboard
	Use this action for firing a custom keystroke. For specifying the desired keystroke from the parameter popup, press the Record button, type your keystroke (Control C for instance) then confirm by clicking the green check mark.
